Michael C. Wenderoth is an Executive Coach who focuses on power and navigating workplace politics. He lectures at IE Business School and has served as Coach/CF in Professor Jeffrey Pfeffer’s Building Power course in LEAD since its inception. His articles and views have appeared in Harvard Business Review, Forbes and international media. Prior to starting his international Coaching practice, Michael served 20 years in senior roles with multinationals in China, the U.S. and Europe. He holds an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BA from Carleton College.

Many leading Fortune 100 companies, SMBs, and startups are using Design Thinking to drive customer-centered innovation and develop a collaboration culture. This panel will bring together industry leaders who are championing Design Thinking from different industries and geographies. The discussion will focus on how companies have adopted Design Thinking by building the right talent, culture, and capabilities—understanding key challenges in practicing and scaling human-centered design during crisis time and its role in driving change and innovation. We will also learn individual war stories from the panelists. Towards the end, the panelists will take a few live questions from the audience.
