Robert B. Cialdini is Regents’ Professor Emeritus of Psychology and Marketing at Arizona State University. He is the three-time New York Times bestselling author of Influence and Pre-suasion, with over 5,000, 000 books sold in 44 different languages. As a keynote speaker for organizations worldwide, Dr. Cialdini translates the science of persuasion into valuable, ethical, and practical actions.

Dr. Robert Cialdini will introduce the Principles of Persuasion that have been the essence of his highly successful books, have been tried and tested over decades, and are proven to work many times over by both research and experience. Following this introduction, Dr. Cialdini will provide a deeper dive into the seventh Persuasion Principle – Unity. At the end of the presentation, there will be room for questions from the audience.

Sameer Shah

Sameer is an engineering leader at Netflix. Sameer has over 20 years of experience in building software for both enterprise and consumer products. Sameer and his team build and enhance the Content Platform at Netflix which is leveraged to acquire, curate and distribute amazing stories from around the world to Netflix members globally. He has Bachelors and Masters in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Sameer believes in the idea that technology should not be the goal, technology is the means and the goal is to empower people to do their best work.

Chris Vogt

Chris Vogt is a Stanford LEAD graduate from the Vanguard cohort with a certificate in Personal Leadership. He is Director of Sales at ServiceNow where he leads a team in the success and support of a top, strategic client.  ServiceNow was ranked in 2020 as #1 on Fortune’s Future 50 list, certified by Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year and was Forbes’ Most Innovative company in 2018.  Previously, Mr. Vogt has served in enterprise sales and marketing positions at Salesforce, Cisco Systems, Avaya and AT&T.  Early in his career he worked in public relations in the financial district of New York City, and managed national touring concerts and events for a regional promoter which has since become Live Nation Entertainment.  Mr. Vogt is co-founder of Pallyme, an early start-up relationship management application.  He holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Science from Missouri State University.
