We invite you to explore specific exercises and meditations to recharge, focus and gain vitality relying on wonderful ancient practices of Kundalini Yoga. 

A special and brief practice exploring the mind barriers through body control awareness and active meditations. Starting off with a short intro about the technique, the benefits, followed by effective exercises, strengthening the immune system, our electromagnetic field and opening up for great energy and vitality.  An express yogic recipe to clear the mind, improve focus, train your intuition & rejuvenate the nervous system.

*Open for all levels of practice, beginners welcomed.

*Wear comfortable clothes, if that is not available to you for any reason it does not represent any issue.

*Mat – optional

*Pillow – recommended

The Europe Chapter is proud to host the Europe Regional Networking Day at Me2We21 Nex2Us.

Join us to kick-off and dive into the Europe Regional Networking Day at Me2We21 Nex2Us from 09:20-9:30:am CET on Thursday 11 March.

We’ll help you set your intention for the day and kick-off facilitated networking of LEADers in, from and interested in Europe.

This session will be held by Emilie White and Raja SAKOUAT

Emilie White is a LEAD Synergist who just couldn’t give up LEAD! She is a Course Facilitator on 5 LEAD courses and a participant on PPL.

She founded the Stanford GSB LEAD Europe Chapter to bring together those in, from and interested in Europe to push innovation forwards faster.

She’s a Design Thinking convert, having gone so far as redesigning her life to go “office-less” long before the pandemic hit and confirmed this crazy choice as quite sane really.

Her major interest is using online learning to break barriers to living your best life and learning the skills needed for a bright future.

Raja SAKOUAT is a strong Independent lady who takes risks and accepts challenges with respect of family. Founder of IBDS-Consulting : a consulting company offering services in complex Projects Management, analytics and training. Opened to work all over the world by accepting international challenges.

Renewing oneself, constantly moving towards new horizons, developing skills: these have been her professional driving force for years. Thanks to her 15 years of expertise at SAP, she has been able to develop those various points and acquire expertise in cutting-edge fields. While being immersed in a collaborative work environment.

Raja wishes to use all her knowledge in new horizons and continue to discover more. We can’t talk about Raja without talking about her lovely children whom a big part of her inspiration.
