Matt Webber:

Matthew is one of the world’s foremost experts in transformation, business model design, and global supply chain, Matthew is the author of the international bestseller ‘Fit for Disruption: How to transform your business and thrive in times of rapid change’. With over twenty years of international experience, Matthew has worked across the globe with organizations undergoing immense change and comprehensive transformations. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University, has completed the Stanford LEAD program in Corporate Innovation, and is currently completing a Master of Design Futures.


Raj Shiva: 

Rajalakshmi “Raj” Shiva is a seasoned global market professional with JPMorgan, New York.  She is a LEAD Voyager and a member of the executive team of LISA (an incubator run by LEADers). Through a career spanning over two decades with major American and European banks, in currency and rates trading, treasury, derivatives sales, risk management, and cross-market compliance, she has had a ring-side view of financial disruption. She is passionately committed to giving back to the community and helping women succeed professionally. She mentors underprivileged high school students for college and is also part of the leadership for Women on the Move (WOTM), the firm’s premier women’s network. At the Financial Women’s Association (FWA), Raj has been a sought-after mentor to undergraduate (business major) women at Baruch College, as she guides them to break the glass ceiling into Wall Street. Raj earned her undergraduate degree in pure mathematics with honors from St. Stephen’s College, New Delhi, and has a Master’s in Business Administration(Finance).
