Inbal Demri-Shaham leverages her expertise to support leaders’ growth. Enabling change at the intersection of Power and JEDI, Inbal leads women’s leadership programs and serves as the lead Executive Coach for the Prosecution Leaders of Now program (a Chan Zuckerberg-backed initiative). At Stanford since 2008, she provides Executive Coaching, program development, and Group Facilitation. She holds a BA in Psychology and Education, a Masters in Organizational Behavior, a PhD in Organizational Systems, and is a CTI Certified Coach.

Kevin recently left LinkedIn as a Global Sales Readiness leader to found Career Skills Invest. Prior to this, he was Director of Learning & Development for FUSE Corps in San Francisco, CA. He was a LEAD Course Facilitator from program inception through 2021 and has been an executive coach for over fifteen years focused on navigating power. Previously, he worked for five years as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch in New York City across both Financial Sponsors and Financial Institutions Groups. Prior to corporate finance, he served in the United States Navy in San Diego, CA.
He earned a doctorate from the University of Southern California where he focused on the Future of Work & Skills Gaps, an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Morehouse College. Kevin resides in Austin, TX with his wife and son.

He is an alumni of the groundbreaking Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD executive program in corporate innovation. Resides and works in France.
