FAQ

We have received a number of questions, so we would like to answer some of them here. As more questions come up, we’ll add them to this FAQ.

You can also reach out to the Committee directly at Me2We2021@gmail.com.

Will there be a formal registration process?

Yes. We are finalizing the details of the formal registration process. You will need to register via this process using the event tool selected to secure your place at the event. Please be on the lookout as we will post a link via the Me2We 2021 Workplace Group in early January! We will also post a note in advance with the specific date and time that registration will officially open.

Will there be a registration fee?

Yes. There will be a registration fee to cover administrative costs, platform costs, etc… outside of what is covered by the GSB. We will communicate on fees later on.

When will the agenda be made available?

#SaveTheDate!

  • Me2We Main Event: From Monday 8th to Wednesday 10th of March 2021.
  • Regional Activities & Networking: Day 0, Day 4 and Day 5 (see below)

We will provide an agenda outline in mid-January and the full, detailed agenda in February which will allow you to select sessions.

We will confirmed some great Stanford faculty, industry leaders, and fellow LEADers sessions along with a wonderful Celebration Reception hosted by the GSB. More details to follow.

Will there be activities on Day 0 (Sunday), Day 4 (Thursday) and Day 5 (Friday)?

We plan to include informal social Regional Activities & Networking during the days surrounding the main Me2We event. Whether you have already organized regional LEAD networking events in your area and would like to coordinate your next session around Me2We 2021 or you would like to get involved in organizing something specific in your locality or nearby, please submit an application to volunteer **. In the past, participants have organized activities such as a trip to the Napa Valley, golf, hikes, ski trips, walking tours, lunch/dinner meetups, etc.

In addition, the committee is interested in hearing any ideas from volunteers to host Regional Virtual Activities, such as workshop sessions, virtual company visits, or facilitated interactive activities. All ideas are welcomed!

Please submit the Call for Volunteers for Regional Activities & Networking Form no later than January 18, 2021.

Please note that Stanford has confirmed that no on-campus activities are permitted in March 2021.

**The Me2We 2021 Planning Committee, nor Stanford GSB, will not take any responsibility regarding non-virtual events that might be organized. It would be the own organizers’ responsibility to check the compliance with local regulations and COVID-19 restrictions.

If you would like to get more information, please contact the Committee at Me2We2021@gmail.com.

Can I submit suggestions for presenters?

Yes. If you have a good suggestion that aligns with the theme (Nex2Us – Connecting LEADers to Accelerate Positive Impact), please complete the Me2We 2021 Call for Presenters Form no later than January 15, 2021. Presentations may include, but are not limited to, a talk, panel discussion, workshop, interactive session, etc. All ideas are welcome!

The Committee will contact each person who will submitt an idea to get more information to assist in planning the agenda.

Will you need volunteers to assist with the event?

Yes, absolutely! We anticipate Me2We 2021 to be the biggest to date, and therefore we will need volunteers to assist with preparation and coordination of the event. Several live and recorded virtual sessions are going to be held during the event and we will need your valuable contributions to prepare and coordinate Me2We 2021 successfully.
